Storage Facilities
The RVA has a warehouse, which is a prefabricated structure left by MONUSCO, There is available land to erect mobile storage units. Written requests for contracting and terms are to be addressed to RVA Management.
Handling equipment
Handling equipment is not available at the airport at the moment, however, RVA Management is currently sourcing a supplier to deliver this service.
Fuel Services Charges
The cost of importing jet fuel has recently increased and the country faced shortages last September 2022. The Ministry of Hydrocarbons has implemented a contingency plan that includes rationing fuel until the arrival of new stocks. Due to this context, prices are fluctuating and the current fuel price list is available on the website of the Ministry of Economy here.
Jet fuel shortage at SEP airport may occur due to delay to receive replenishment from Ilebo SNCC Port connected with the train (derailment, breakdown locomotive, landslide…).
