Thamkharka Airport is situated at Badka Diyale Municipality of Khotang District, Koshi Province. The airport has air link with Kathmandu only. Including Thamkharka, Khotang District comprises of three airports. Thamkharka Airport is an airport in Khotehang rural municipality in Khotang district of Koshi Province It is 20 Kms due South of the District HQ at Diktel. It is one of the three airports (Man Maya Airport, Lamidanda Airport) in the district. The airport is operational.
